If your order is ready click on Go to Payment. Than folow few easy steps. You will be asked to insert the controlling code when using your card. The control code is also called the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard and the CVV-Card Validation Value for Visa.The CVC is a three-digit code and it is printed on the back of the card in the signature stripe (the last 3 digits). Do not put any gaps in the card number. The tickets may be ordered by the credit card owner only. Payments using somebody else's cards are not allowed. Also, it is not possible to pay on the behalf of others. You receive your ticket via E-mail some minutes after your successful order. Print your E – mail tickets and take it with you!!!
Just go to the entrance and show your printed tickets at the door. Thats all. You may be asked for your ID card at the entrance. There is no neccesary any exhange of your printed E-mail tickets. All important informations about your event you will find on your E-mail ticket.
If for some reasons you will not get E-tickets atached in pdf. format you can use your confirmation of payment with your ID number as tickets. This confirmation you will receive after your succesful payment.

The cancellation or returning purchased tickets is possible only if performance is canceled. In this case we will contact you immediately and inform you about all other possible alternatives. If you will not choose any alternatives you will get your money back via the relevant credit card within one month. Please remember, that this is possible only if you purchased your tickets by Classic Concerts Tickets and case of cancellation. Rebooking of tickets is possible, send us E-mail minimally 4 days prior to the date of performance.
